This video is a breakdown of a photoshoot I did for a fitness brand. I go over the lighting set up used to photograph 3 fitness models as well as how I posed them. I’m still learning photography and studio lighting. I feel that I’ve finally turned the corner when it comes to shaping photography lighting to get a commercial feel. Still tons of room to grow.
