rice: 1 cup(100 gr)
fragrant vegetables:(For example, onion, purple and green basil, parsley, coriander, leek, savory) 500 gr
Minced mutton: 300 gr
egg: 1 big number
wheat flour: 3 table spoon
roasted paste tomato: 3 tablespoon
boiling water : 3 glasses

First, cook the rice and cobs, and only grind the cooked cobs, and then chop the onions and fry them, and when frying, add turmeric and black pepper, then chop the vegetables, and In the last step, mix all the ingredients together and add an egg and three tablespoons of wheat flour along with spices such as turmeric, black pepper, paprika powder, salt and nutmeg
And we knead the ingredients well so that it becomes sticky, and at the end, we take some of the ingredients and shape it, we dig in the middle of it, we put a number of soaked plums.
And we put the prepared meatballs in a pot in which we have poured three glasses of boiling water, fried onions and 2 tablespoons of roasted tomato paste. Bring to a boil and after placing the meatballs in the pot, put them in the pot 15 minutes later.🥰😊🌷🌹
