Here at dawn, I often wait for the muse – early morning bliss –

People ask me why I wake up early?
– I say just like that because it’s not easy to explain to those who have their eyes shut for the sunrise –
Sun- do you know the big bright Sun when comes early in Summers and late in Winters?
Ah, how I can’t afford to miss,
They ask – why do I go to bed early?
– I say I don’t know –
Not that I didn’t have the nights soaked in tears or suffer from insomnia. I couldn’t relate to nights. Nights does mysterious stuff too people,
I like peace – peace is when all are sleeping, you are awake.

So I get up and get going – remember I wrote in my last post about the lonely people strolling in the evening – the lazy time of the day –

start running at dawn finish by sunrise to avoid traffic of lonely faces on the road –

Winters or Summers I get up at 4 because that’s how one’s body should naturally respond to the time, that Good God has created – we humans are only destroying and inviting diseases by not responding to the body’s need –

Cheers to a healthy lifestyle –
Sending you peace and love 🌱
