Helloo! Today has been such a long day I’ve been in the car for 10hrs and still have 2hrs left😓 But anyways… I’ve always liked seeing what other peoples splits are so I thought I would share my split with you guys! Mine used to be:
Push (Tris, chest and shoulders)
Abs and cardio
Pull (Back and bis)
Legs
I would circulate through that, it worked pretty well for a while but recently I’ve noticed a lot more growth in my upper body than my lower body so I’ve switched it to doing legs every other day. So now my split is…

This has been working out much better for me, so now I just circulate though this😊 I know a lot of people dedicate specific workouts to certain days of the week but for me personally I can’t do that, sometimes I need an unexpected off day and this makes it so I can just pick up right where I left off!!
