This video was made for people taking part in a hospital cardiac rehabilitation programme having had a heart attack. However it is a useful guide for all of us who would like to make our weekly shop a little more heart healthy. The video was produced by the Bon Secours Hospital, Cork in association with filmmakers, TVM. It has the support of the Irish Heart Foundation and the Irish Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation.
