A huge misconception when starting out on your health and wellness journey is that you have to cut out everything cold turkey. Most of us are not able to just stop, to those that can my hat goes off to you lol.

So instead of cutting everything out all at once start by slowly reducing things. Here’s an example: if you are used to drinking 5 sodas per week, start by bringing that number down to 3 per week. After a couple weeks being that number down to 2 and so on and so forth. That ideology can be applied across the board to many things. Reduce until it is something that you are only enjoying in moderation.
