These are the 4th and 5th legs and butt exercises with Female Fitness Model Kaycie Davis. The laying leg curl targets the Hamstring muscles (back of legs). Make sure you find a comfortable weight and go all the way down.
The next exercise is the Romanian Deadlift. It works the hamstrings, the butt, and the back. Start light and focus on good form. These are two of the best exercises for the backside of the legs.
Kaycie will do 3 sets of 10-12 reps for the leg curls and 3 Sets of 15-20 reps for the Deadlifts.. Resting 90 seconds between each set.
