Call it what you want but here’s a simple breakfast you can put together when you have your homemade granola ready.
I just layered granola, coconut yogurt from @epigamia.official another layer of granola, fresh fruits 🍎 🍌and nuts and seed mix from @true.elements 🌰🌻
This has good carbs, good fat and some protein and keeps you full for long! 🙌
You do not need any sugar or honey because the fruits make it sweet and the little bit of honey in your granola should suffice. You can definitely add more if you like.
