Faced a number of hurdles in past two months.
Lower back got injured then recovered, got severe fever then again recovered, food poisoning now recovering. Body currently is fully depleted and exhausted. There is huge fall in body weight and strength and a little in muscle mass. The photo in the thumbnail of the video is of the day after I came back home from hospital. The workout video is shoot after 10 days of carbs loading, therefore little fullness and pump can be observed. Now I’m back to diet and workout. Fully motivated to go beyond the peak.
