Today’s workout is a follow along full body calisthenics workout suitable for beginners and intermediates. It might be slightly on the challenging side for some beginners but don’t be afraid to modify anything you need to.

There are 3 rounds in total and the exercises will increase in difficulty each round so you have several options to choose from!
