Food for thought- do we need calcium or do we need healthy tissues like bones, skin, hair, nails, etc. The reductionist and the labelling approach takes us farther away from our bodies and food. So is unprocessed calcium more important or is good blood coagulation, good heart function, healthy teeth and bones, swift menopause, good muscle strength and function important to us?
