How to increase your sperm quality?

A healthy diet is important in having a good sexual life. If you want to increase your sperm quality or sex power, then eat these things regularly in your diet, which will help to increase your sex power.

1.Walnuts- Walnuts provide healthy fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals — and that’s just the beginning of how they may support your health. Walnuts are packed with nutrients that have been previously linked to healthier sperm — such as omega-3 fatty acids, folate, and antioxidants like vitamin E, zinc, and selenium. Eating walnuts may help support sperm health and male fertility. Eating walnuts regularly may help counteract the potentially harmful effects of less-than-ideal eating habits on sperm health.

2. Almonds- are packed with nutrients that have been previously linked to healthier sperm — such as omega-3 fatty acids, folate, and antioxidants like vitamin E, zinc, and selenium. Almonds are very popular tree nuts. Almonds are high in healthy monounsaturated fats, fiber, protein and various important nutrients.

3. Raspberries/ Blueberries – Blueberries and other berries like raspberries, strawberries and blackberries for that matter – are stocked with vitamin C, which is critical for motility and sperm health. Vitamin C also creates key amino acids that are required to produce sperm. Consider berries one of the chief protectors of your sperm count.

4. Pomegranate- Pomegranate fruit is inescapably linked with fertility, birth and eternal life because of its many seeds. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of pomegranate juice (PJ) consumption on sperm quality, spermatogenic cell density, antioxidant activity and testosterone level of male healthy rats.

5. Watermelon- The antioxidant that gives watermelon and tomatoes their bright-red hue – is the mac-daddy of the fertility world. And while eating pretty much any red piece of produce will boost your levels, watermelon is the richest source around. Eating just one wedge a day can improve your number of in-shape sperm by 37.5%, per research in Fertility and Sterility.

Take these food items regularly in your diet. You can eat seafood, whole grains, green vegetables. Avoid Alcohol, Avoid Smoking. Alcohol reduces sperm quality. So Avoid Alcohol Consumption.
