SWEET POTATO TURKEY SLIDERS 😎🍔🔥👏 GF, dairy, sugar, & grain free + soo GOOD

✔️made with roasted SP coin bases topped off with mayo, sliced tomatoes, organic turkey meatballs, ketchup, smashed 🥑, & sprinkled pepper flakes 💥

Make them!
1) wash & slice sweet potato with sharp knife into even sized coins
2) season with avo oil + paprika, pink salt, & onion powder and spread evenly on baking sheet (option to add to air fryer as well)
3) roast at 400 for ~40-45 min until crisp flipping halfway 🔥
4) begin to make turkey meatballs: mix 1 organic ground Turkey pack with 1 pasture raised egg, 1 tbsp avocado mayo, & seasonings (i eyeballed them): oregano, paprika, 21 salute, pepper, onion salt, & garlic powder
5) use ice cream scooper (mess free👏) to shape into balls & cook on medium heat cast iron skillet coated with avocado oil
6) flip once cooked halfway through & keep cooking until golden ✨
7) assemble sliders: sp coins + mayo + sliced tomatoes + turkey meatballs + @pktestkitchen ketchup + smashed 🥑 + pepper flakes
8) DEVOUR🤤💛
