There’s nothing inherently wrong with squats with parallel toes. But, squatting this way might be preventing you from using your full range of motion, so I’d recommend giving the squat with your toes pointing out a try! And don’t let your knees cave in! If that’s something you struggle with, visualize pushing your knees out or use a resistance band to help guide you. You got this 💪
