MY LEG/BOOTY WORKOUT (dumbbell only)

– 5 sets of 15 reps goblet squats (10 pulses at the end)
– 4 sets of 15 dumbbell RDLS 
– 3 sets of 12 bulgaria split squats
– 3 sets of 25 hul thrusts (10 sec hold at the end)
– 3 sets of 20 butterfly glute bridges
