In this video, physiotherapist Laura Lundquist teaches you 3 stretches to add to your daily knee osteoarthritis exercise routine for knee pain relief and improved mobility. All of the exercises can be done at home without special equipment. She also provides tips for staying active at home and for maintaining better form and posture while walking.

The stretches in Week 4 of the Knee Boost Program are:
1. Standing Quadriceps Stretch
2. Sitting Hamstring Stretch
3. Calf Stretch
