Ok, bit of a douchy title but otherwise fitness videos and total body workouts get lost in a sea of workout videos. This total body workout is mainly balance exercises to work the entire core, so save this balance workout for anytime you don’t have any equipment or are short on time.
You can do this balance exercise workout circuit once or as many times as you like. There’s no rest in between exercises to give it a cardio component and get it done as quickly as possible.
