Easy lunch or breakfast meal hack.
Take 1/2 bag pre-cut julienned vegetables – here I’ve used @woolworths_au rainbow 🌈 coleslaw with carrot broccoli and beetroot.
Sauté with 1/2 a diced red onion, add a splash of coconut amino’s and a 1/2 tbsp of miso paste and lemon juice, season with pepper and salt or throw in your favourite fresh herbs.
Top with a fried egg or 2 and you’re done! 😋
