Do you find yourself late night snacking and feeling like you go overboard?

Do you find yourself binging on foods?

Yea. I did once too. All of them. And you know what I did. I ate more, a hell of a lot more, for a hell of a lot longer than I wanted to.

I could tell you about metabolic adaptation. I could speak to you about stressors and hormones. I could get nitty gritty with the details. But the details won’t help you.

They won’t help you feel more energy
They won’t help you feel more in control around food.
They won’t help you feel like you have more willpower.
They won’t help you feel like you are no longer banging your head against a wall.

But eating more will. And going through a different kind of hard than you’re in now- that will help you.

I was there. I was you. I am you. And I know what you’re going through. But I know how good it feels to be on the other side.

Choose your hard.

I hope you choose the one that is temporary and produces change and results. You won’t regret it. I don’t.🤘🏼
