At least 30 minutes of cardio workouts can help your geneal health and well being. Schedule your workout session for 5 to 6 days per week or switch up it up.
For example, you can workout every morning at 5:30 am from Monday to Friday or you can switch it up like this: workout at 5:30am on Mondays, workout at 6pm on Tuesdays, workout at 5:30am on Wednesdays etc. Anything is possible once you put your mind to it.
Cardio workouts include: walking🚶♀️, running 🏃♀️, swimming🏊♂️, riding🚴♀️, intermittent walking/running 🚶♀️🏃♀️ (switching between walking and running while timing each), skip roping/jumping🪢 etc. You chose what suits your body/lifestyle.
