Did you know we can control our mind with our breath?
If we feel fear, overwhelm, anxiety or even sad or depressed we can remember what we can control is our breath. I use this box breathing as a recharge meditation throughout the day (minimum 4 reps) or to fall asleep at night if my mind feels over stimulated.
When we learn to use our breath we learn to calm the mind. No matter where you are or what’s going on, you can always come back to your breath 🙏
