HOW I ATE 2300 CALORIES IN A DAY DURING A BODYBUILDING COMP PREP WHILE WORKING A 9-5 🧑🏻‍💻

To make it work, a lot of the meal prep was done at the start of the week to make sure I hit my calories.

With 2300 calories, hunger hasn’t been an issue (kind of). So all my meals are generally what I would eat on maintenance minus my usual abundance of snacks at the end of the night. Buuuuut I still managed to fit 150g of ice cream 😏

My protocols are:
2300 cals
245c / 50f / 220p
10k steps per day
