Day 40! Of #tough66
Habit building and discipline challenge!
I AM TIRED.
Woke up at #7AM , hurried to my physiotherapist . Good news, no serious damage.. needs further investigation, but probably some inflammation in my hip and knee. Hurried to work , not a busy day, but feeling sick from my period. That time of the month can often be heavy on the body.
So I did what my distressed emotions needed: left work early and went shopping. 😂
This morning was tempted to eat a croissant with a latte. Had a vegan latte instead and three bananas. I forgot to take pictures of my food today. Lunch was my own made chicken stew with mashed potatoes , and dinner was eggs with some sautéed potatoes and a little cured ham. Not a very healthy eating day, dinner was not healthy, came close to a cheat meal. I just really needed the taste of fried carbs today.
My daily discipline habits were a struggle too, didn’t have time to get anything done in the morning, so this was my evening:
15 min arms workout, barely done
45 min studying session, done
30 min meditation, done
#vlogging , done
However ❌ NO GREENS at all today, will have to compensate in the following days.
ALSO, I feel bad in my body, tomorrow I will not force myself to wake up at 7 AM . I will put the alarm for 9 , and let myself get more sleep. We keep going.
