Day 1:
Whole Moong Bean Bowl
Serves 2
Ingredients:
#Salad:
-1 cup of boiled moong beans.
-Add the soaked moong beans to a pressure cooker with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer, uncovered, until both are tender(about 15 min).
#Dressing:
-1-2 tablespoons of oil.
-A mixture of 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder,1/2 teaspoon black salt & 2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
-Salt as per taste if needed.
– Mix the above in a dressing form.
