The Art of posing:
Recently I’ve put together a body of work, which encompass my lifetime dedication to the art of bodybuilding.
Throughout my career, I’ve competed for over 12 years in almost 40 competitions. I’ve won national and international titles in classic physique and bodybuilding. Including titles at the Arnold Amatuer Australia as well as Mr Golden Era 2018 run by Nicks Strength and power.
I’ve also won international awards for my posing routines.
I noticed there are lots of programs for training and nutrition, but not anything like this related to teaching the art of posing and stage presentation, which is a crucial skill-set.
I’ve taken my knowledge and experience and put it into a step by step guide to share with others.
