Today, I prepared a routine that allows you to do chest, shoulder, and six pack abs exercises at home without any tools. You can perform a total of 4 exercises, alternating chest and abdominal exercises, and repeat 4 sets of each!

1. 60 sec rest – Push up
2. 30 sec rest – Hip raise
3. 60 sec rest – Pike Push up
4. 30 sec rest – MCGill Crunch
