This is a complete chest and bicep workout routine that you can do at home. The only exercise equipment that you’ll need is a set of adjustable dumbbells.
The Home Gym Chest & Bicep Dumbbell Workout is as follows:
– Push Ups – 2 sets of 20+ reps
– Dumbbell Press – 3 sets of 10+ reps
– 1 Arm Dumbbell Press – 3 sets of 10+ reps
– Dumbbell Fly – 3 sets of 12+ reps
– Alternate Dumbbell Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps
– Concentration Curls – 3 sets of 10 reps
– Push Ups – 2 sets of 20+ reps
This is a great workout for building muscle and definition throughout your chest and arms.
