Easy, follow along dance workout for everyone including beginners and seniors. All moves are low impact and are set to the music. I hope you have fun and dance like nobody is watching! Each song has about 4 or 5 moves that are repeated so it is easy to catch on.
The first two songs are to current pop music. Then we have salsa, disco and oldies.
