This is your BodyFit by Amy Cardio Barre 20-minute Quick Hiit Workout. And it’s Day #4 of your Holiday HIIT Challenge. In this workout we’re gonna work your entire body for cardio and we’ll get it all done in just 20 minutes. All these moves will be from a standing position and I’ll give you lots of different options so work to your level and listen to your body. You don’t need any equipment for this workout just a little bit of space to move. Let’s do it!
