Superset with:
Low Cable Pulley Rows
3 sets of 10 – 15 Reps each

EXERCISE 2:
Machine Row
3 Sets of 10 – 15 Reps each

EXERCISE 3:
Seated Cable Row
3 Sets of 10 – 15 Reps each

Exercise 4
Rack Pulls
3 Sets of 10 Reps each
