These are the 2nd and 3rd legs and butt exercise with Female Fitness Model Kaycie Davis. The close stance squat targets both butt and legs while the wide stance targets the inner thighs more. These exercises are the Smith Rack close stance squat and wide stance squat.
Main Points:
Find a comfortable stance
Keep the weight on your heels
keep your core tight
Don’t round your back
Kaycie will do 2 sets of 10-15 for each exercise. Resting 90 seconds between each set.
