I make the same protein shake every morning. It is my breakfast/pre-workout shake, takes only a few minutes to make, but packs a powerful nutritious punch!!

• 1-2 cups of water
• handful of ice
• handful of spinach
• 1 scoop of Maranatha Almond Butter
• 1 scoop of Sunfood Superfood mix
