What’s going on everyone! In today’s Female Friday video, I’m going to show you the BEST workout for building a bigger booty! This will be a full leg workout with an emphasis placed mainly on the glutes.

2:00 – Hip Thrusts (use a pad if you’d like)
🔥 [10 reps – 60 second rest – 4 total sets]

3:24 – Sumo Squats with toes pointed outward and weight emphasis placed on your heels
🔥 [15 reps – 60 second rest – 4 total sets]

5:09 – Split Squats using dumbbells and a bench
🔥 [15 reps – 90 second rest – 4 total sets]

6:50 – Cable Kickbacks pushing your leg straight back and not as high as you can
🔥 [15 reps – 90 second rest – 4 total sets]

8:14 – Hyperextensions with the pad just at the top of your thighs but below your hips and squeezing with glutes without going past a straight line in your body
🔥 [12-15 reps – 60 second rest – 3 total sets]
