𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝟭 (4 sets)
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽𝘀 – to 90% max reps
𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗽𝘀 – to failure
Rest for 30-60 seconds

𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝟮 (3 sets)
𝗢𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 (𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁) – 12 reps

No rest. Just keep switching sides
