BADASS BURPEES Full Body Dumbbell Cardio Workout | EPIC III Day 15

An action packed cardio workout involving burpees plus more! Cardiovascular fitness, co-ordination, balance and determination are challenged! All performed at a moderate sustainable pace for the 90 seconds! A mixture of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to make you work hard!

The timer will be on for 90 seconds of work with 30 seconds rest! Yes a longer work period so endurance will be put to the test!!

Aim for a pace you can maintain as best you can and simply pause for afew seconds when you need to!!

All you will need to bring on the sweat today is a pair of lighter dumbbells and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 6kg each!

ROLLING BURPEES!

PUSH UP BURPEES!

FORWARD & BACK HOPS

SQUAT BURPEES!

ALTERNATING KICK THRU BURPEES!

X1 DUMBBELL SQUAT TO PRESS x5!

SWITCH SIDE!

1/2 BURPEES!

X2 ALTERNATE LUNGE JUMP BURPEES!

BURPEE TO PLANK TUCK X2!

X2 DUMBBELL BURPEES!

LATERAL WALK BURPEES!

ALTERNATING X1 DUMBBELL BURPEES!
