Today I am sharing with you a ‘back-on-track’ kind of dish.
Yes, I enjoy (a lot) eating out – but I’d rather do it at special occasions and not as part of a routine.
This weekend I had too many meals out and, even though I enjoyed a lot, I feel my body is asking me for something more nutritious 👩🏼🌾🧑🏼🌾
Today’s meal idea is as simple as roasted mushroom and onion (tastes almost as caramelized one!) and a can of sardines.
Did you know that canned sardines are said to be high in calcium, omega oil and are a great source of protein?☺️
