Yoga for Eyes ( Read the Entire Caption)

Some simple movements to strengthen the muscles of the eyes, and alleviate various disorders that arise due to the malfunctioning of the eye muscles.
You can practice them daily.

Avoid if you suffer from major eye diseases like glaucoma, trachoma, cataract, retinal detachment, conjunctivitis.

After each exercise, close your eyes for at least 30 secs

🔹 Palming : Rub your palms together until they are warm. Place them gently over the eyelids. Stay until the heat has been completely absorbed. Practice 3 times

🔹 Blinking : Blink the eyes 10 times, then Close your eyes and relax. Repeat 5 times

🔹 Up and Down Viewing : Move your thumb up and down. Keep your eyes focused on the thumb without moving your head. Repeat 10 times with each thumb

🔹 Rotational Viewing : Make a large circular movement with one arm. Keep your eyes focussed on the thumb. Perform 5 times Clockwise & 5 Anticlockwise with each thumb

Don’t forget to close your eyes and rest for a min 30 secs after each exercise. You can also perform Palming after each exercise
