Heres a good workout you can do at home, the beach, or the gym and you dont need any equipment.
Exercises:
Curtsy Lunges
Hopping Deadlift
Stepping Back Lunges
Side to Side Hopping Squats

Try to do each exercise for as many reps as you can. Rest 1 minute between each set. Repeat 2-3x. Do 3-5x per week.
