recently i’ve been doing ✨supersets✨ as warm ups and let me just say that I love it. It gets my muscles warmed up and my blood pumping! But i only do simple movement exercises with light weight so I don’t get gassed😮💨
workout:
🌞superset- elevated goblet squats for 15 reps and dumbbell sumo squats for 15 reps. 4 rounds
🌞 I did lat pull downs, except I just used the ropes instead of the bar. I don’t know if there’s a specific name for this work out but the video is up and I did those for 15 reps and 4 rounds
🌞straight arm cable pull downs for 15 reps and 4 rounds
🌞and finally another superset of walking lunges for 20 (10 down and 10 back) and ab roll outs for 10-12 reps x3 rounds
this weeks full body was a little lower body heavy for next weeks will be upper body heavy💪🏽
