Are you tired to the point where coffee has NO effect on you? 😴

I have been noticing that on social media it has become a competition of who can slam the most coffee, pre-workout scoops, and energy drinks.

Yet, we are not aware that all of those things are just adding on to all of the issues we already have.

Trust me. Been there. Done that.

I was a caffeine F R E A K.

Instead why don’t we normalize:
☕ Disconnecting from social media/ TV 1 hour before bed
☕ Eating organic superfoods to balance our hormones
☕ Exercising + sweating to detox our body
☕ Managing our stress with daily walks + meditations
☕ Consuming less sugar and processed food
☕ REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL WE CONSUME WEEKLY
☕ Drinking clean water

Trust me, there is nothing like natural clean energy, and actually feeling energized when you drink your first cup of Joe in the morning 🥰
