ADVANCED KETTLEBELL TRI SETS – Ready for a sweaty full body kettlebell workout? This workout will hit all the major muscle groups and get the heart rate up using a killer Tri – set format.

I’m using a 12kg kettlebell for this workout but you can use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level. Grab the kettlebells I’m using for your next workout at: and use my code GarageFit10 to save 10% off your order.

There are 7 Triple Sets that makes up this workout + a workout finisher. Complete each triple set 2 x through working through each exercise back to back with no rest for 30 seconds each. Have 30 seconds rest between rounds and sets. For the finisher, complete 3 rounds of the superset of movements for 30 seconds each with no rest between movements.
