A piece of advice:
Chose a gym or training environment that motivates you the most!
Even if you follow a specific plan and do everything accordingly, the environment will affect it.
For me, i cant stand ‘health clubs’. There’s no less motivating place.
Even when I travel, I look for a specific gym, not just the one that happens to be the closest.
(I.e.: While in LA Dave Fishers Powerhouse Gym was absolutely amazing 😍 The next day I went to one of the chain clubs and i had to channel ALL my will power to even stay there. Sure enough, it left me sick. You can imagine, if quality movement is a big part of your life, it kind of dictates the rest of your day too.)
To sum it up- always choose the very best option for your needs (and it absolutely can be at home), not just the most convenient one!
