Apart from your 15 minutes of sunlight a day, there are many other good sources of vitamin D, such as:⁠

✅ oily fish – such as salmon, sardines, herring ⁠
✅ red meat⁠
✅ liver⁠
✅ egg yolks⁠
✅ fortified foods – such as some fat spreads and breakfast cereals⁠
