A few things I have done/learned on this lovely Saturday.
1️⃣ – I have NEVER done a calf (only)movement. I am now incorporating it on my leg days ❤️
2️⃣ – The Song by Emmy Meli starts with “I am woman, I am Fearless” NOT “I am woman, I am Fetus” 🤦🏻♀️
3️⃣ – A small pine cone also looks like a dead mouse. Especially when your cat brings it in and drops it at your feet. 🐁 🐈 💀
