This 50 min full body HIIT workout is super intense and will burn up to a 1000 calories. I have put together some of the most intense exercises from my latest workouts into an intense but yet balanced mash up routine. With a variety of high intensity strength and cardio movements this routine is great for both burning fat and building strength.
