When your eggs are 4 days past the BB date (I did the float test to check they were still 👍🏻), and you need to use all of them all at once, what do you do?
Frittata FTW! Eggs, milk (dairy or non), whatever you want to put *in* the frittata (this one was basil, onion, garlic), and parmesan on top.
