How can you overcome these draining habits?
– Practice mindful or guided meditation for at least 5-10 minutes every day
– Stop using your phone before bedtime (at least half an hour before going to bed)
– If possible, become a morning person. Get up early in the morning, or get up at the exact same time every day.
– Schedule and plan a workout for everyday, or at least 2-3 times per week. Start slowly, and gradually increase the intensity of the workouts.
– Plan your meals and do NOT shop on an empty stomach.
