This is a 8 min. HIIT workout, with no jumping exercises that will make you sweat and burn calories. It’s a no jumping hiit workout that will still get your heart rate high in just 8 minutes. These exercises will help your abs become more visible & your body more toned. You can do this 8 minute high intensity workout challenge at home with no equipment needed.
