1/2 glass water + 1/2 to 1 tsp apple cidar vinegar

Sandwich or Bread Toast -1 with Bullseye
Green Tea or normal tea with low fat milk (very less sugar )

Mid morning snack at 11
Muskmelon /Green Apple 1 bowl with chia seeds

at 1 or 30 minutes b4 lunch
1 tsp of flax seeds or chia seeds along with 1 glass of water

Lunch at 1:30 pm
1/2 bowl Rice
Any thoran
Fish Curry /chicken curry / Veg curry
Curd 1 small bowl
Vegetable salad to be taken first

Evening Snack 4 to5 pm
Skimmed milk or green tea with seeds handfull

Dinner B4 7 PM
Grilled Paneer /Grilled Fish /Grilled Chicken or Mushroom +broccoli
Veg salad to be taken first
