So happy you’re here 🙂 welcome to DAY 2 of the 14 day pilates valentines day workout challenge!! I am so excited to be doing a little challenge where we can all do it together and feel our most energised, happy and confident by the end of it!
How the challenge works: I will be posting 7 workouts and then on day 8, you start again with the first workout of the challenge posted (day 1- 10 min ab workout)!
